Cancellation Policy

Before confirmation

You may withdraw your booking request free of charge at any time before it is confirmed; no payment is taken at the request stage.

Confirmed bookings

  • 7 days or more before check-in: the full amount paid is refunded.
  • Less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the amount paid is refunded.
  • Less than 48 hours before check-in and no-shows: no refund.
  • For early departures after the stay has begun, unused nights are not refunded.

Cancellations by Luxhomia

If the home cannot be made available for a reason on our side, the full amount you paid is refunded and, where possible, an equivalent home is offered.

Bookings made through Airbnb

For bookings made through Airbnb, the cancellation policy stated on the Airbnb listing applies.

How to cancel

Send your cancellation request with your booking number via WhatsApp or info@luxhomia.com. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of cancellation confirmation.
