By using luxhomia.com and sending a booking request you accept the following terms.
1. Service
Luxhomia offers short and medium-term stays in furnished homes it operates itself. The listings on this site belong to homes managed by Luxhomia; the site is not a marketplace.
2. Booking request and confirmation
- A request sent on the site is not a booking confirmation. Your booking is final once Luxhomia confirms it after checking availability, and a booking number is sent to you.
- No payment is taken at the request stage. Payment terms are communicated separately at confirmation.
- Prices shown on the site are indicative amounts calculated for the selected dates; the final amount is communicated with the confirmation.
3. Guest obligations
- The number of guests stated in the booking may not be exceeded.
- Check-in is after 14:30 and check-out by 11:00; different times require prior approval.
- No smoking, parties or events in the homes; pets are not accepted unless the listing states otherwise.
- Information requested for the legal guest identity notification must be provided in full.
- The guest is responsible for any damage to the home, its contents or common areas during the stay.
- Building and complex management rules and good neighbourly conduct must be respected.
4. Listing content and reviews
Photos and descriptions are prepared to reflect the homes accurately. Ratings and reviews on the site are taken from guest reviews on the homes’ Airbnb listings.
5. Liability
Luxhomia cannot be held liable if a stay cannot take place due to force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, official decisions, infrastructure outages, etc.); in that case any payments received are refunded.
6. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over consumer transactions.
